Common perception is cannabis is comparable to alcohol.
However, common sense concludes cannabis greatly transcends what alcohol consumption provides for mental effects.
Alcohol is seriously limited in its mental effects structuring (there is simply the disorienting and all-encompassing experience that many of us know all too well), while cannabis offers a virtually infinite number of ways to influence mental structuring.
Anyone familiar with alcohol consumption can exercise a hearty laugh at the dumb idea of performing Yoga (or any exercise) with even minimal alcohol influence, though I suppose the amount of laughter corresponds with the alcohol intake amount.
Anyone familiar with cannabis use understands that certain strains and amounts can aid in exercise (especially an activity as mentally exercising as Yoga).
Spanning future posts, we will explore this vast area together to learn that proper (including carefully applied) cannabis use offers a very healthy participation in stress management, so if you are intrigued, then feel free to stay tuned… https://spiritwave.wordpress.com/category/stress-health/cannabis-grows/
