Whether you choose to practice yoga in a fitting style, sit meditatively throughout, or simply lay relaxingly down in bed — or on a yoga mat, perhaps with a bolster under your knees, and a non-straining pillow under your head and neck, or so healthily on — this sound bath preferably enhances your life.

I work firmly from the morning through lunch, as a personal caregiver for my mom with dementia, and as an artist still seeking to establish enough of an ability to contribute within healthy socialness (in too often what is a terribly mind polluted society). Then I need some time to relax and recharge, so I sometimes turn to the Manifestation sound bath, while I lay restfully down.
Genuine science has not reached the chakras, but I remain confident that an expansion of the scientific ability to perceive the energy signature of a human being (including the continuous rippling effect like a rock in a river flow) will lead to understanding the chakral role in improving our stability.
