The cosmos is energy, and energy is indestructible, so the cosmos cannot be destabilized.
Balance is needed for stability, so the expanding universe cannot be the full universe, as it defies that balance.
There must be more outside of that expansion.
Energy is wavy, and wavy is sinusoidal (a sine wave being a circle over time).
As energy is seamless, there can be no objective plurality, so there is only one sine wave (the cosmic sine wave).
As that sine wave needs to be balanced, we can easily visualize the cosmic sine wave as a single two-dimensional cycle of that wave, because balance is inherent within that wave (there is a negative valley, and a balancing positive hill).
Time is a dimension of space, so the entire cycle is actually happening in one moment, which is this one.
When balancing amplitudes are combined during this sole spatial moment, they cancel each other out, and we are left with an undefinable extreme.
Balanced energy is an undefinable extreme, which is sensibly why we cannot grasp the cosmos (a.k.a. reality).
Everything equals nothing. If everything sticks out, then nothing sticks out.
The cosmic center is the stability of the cosmos.
You can (and for the sake of healthy living, should) restfully meditate to feel that stability — perhaps while listening to this gently electrifying flow. Simply rest (not force) the grasping part of your mind (the part that draws boundaries to define words, people, stuff, and actions), and purely feel the totality of the cosmos. Due to the seamless nature of the energy of reality, obviously including you, do not be surprised to feel a powerful sensation contingent upon the degree of restful meditation achieved — because you are the cosmos, sensibly speaking.
That sensation is called enlightenment.
Your boundary-drawing brain distracts you from that truth in the name of minimizing your overall suffering (even if being selfless about it).
The cosmos equals all seamless possibilities. Your being within reality (obviously including your grasping mind) is one of those seamless possibilities that unavoidably serves the cosmic center.
