If you are in the Marblehead, Massachusetts area (The Yoga Loft studio) at that moment, and you want to experience the unbelievable power of responsibly combining cannabis and yoga, then register now, because space is limited (think basic yoga class size).
Only vaporization and oral consumption (edibles and tinctures) is formerly allowed.
There is no smoking at this event, because the studio does not have a separate room to contain and properly deal with the smoke. We will continue to examine any potential alternative, but this is where we are for now.
The event is sponsored by a local cannabis dispensary called Terpene Journey. I highly recommend them, as they focus upon high-quality cannabis, which is my sole cannabis focus.
The first segment of the workshop is an educational one inclusively regarding cannabinoids and terpenes.
Then there will be a flow conducted by a close friend of mine, while spacemixed music (including some original material) plays a supportive role in the tuning flow of yoga.
While you listen to my yoga-friendly music here at this journal, hold any yoga pose, and feel how the spacemix creates a mental shelf that facilitates stabilizing the mind. Then try the non-spacemixed version to feel the difference. Percussive elements (even subtle ones) bounce the mind a bit. Spacemixing with meditative intention uses low-volume and long-duration reverberation with a meditative frequency tuning to offset that bounce for a mentally smooth experience.
The cannaflow experience is genuinely powerful, even if the cannabis consumption is mild. Cannabis is a psychedelic that modulates the boundary-drawing part of the brain to loosen it up, and that facilitates the understanding (as confirmed by mainstream physics fwiw) that you are pure energy seamlessly one with reality itself.
Yoga means union.
Yoga is the ultimate tuning process to improve stability, which is the ultimate “trophy” (peaked at the seamless union with the indestructible and immovable reality self).
Cannabis increases self-awareness to facilitate the sensation of that tuning.

I am an honest freak (or reasonably responsibly balanced "misfit", if you prefer) of an artist working and resting to best carefully contribute towards helping society.
