I majorly focus upon helping your mind find enough peace to secure the balance and therefore stability necessary for optimal health.
Resting your mind upon that beautiful song likely helps in that regard.
The healthier society becomes, sensibly speaking, the more fulfilled individuals become within their lives — because the human reward system reportedly evolved for millions of years to be naturally triggered by healthy mammalian living.
By deviating from the natural triggering for the sake of basically power addiction — i.e. greed from the continuously terribly aggressive competition for the permanent growth of control via economic leverage that corruptly drags all of society with it, inclusively through the unending and global flood of antisocial engineering to despicably enable that growth — people (e.g. yours truly, and likely you) too often turn to compensate the reward system of their brains through unhealthy means. Too much caffeine, sugar, alcohol, and/or other drugs. Too much materialism. Too much unhealthy sex. Too much humiliation. Too much anger and violence. We are all immersed in this flavor of society, so we are all victimized by this tragic engine of terrible control.
Stop being angry at the greedy. They get their power fix from that anger, because anger is an extension of frustration, which comes from helplessness. They are sickly rewarded by that helplessness.
Pity the greedy instead, for they foolishly believe that dominance can ultimately be free within this demonstrably balanced reality. Pity the greedy, because that deprives them of their desperately needed power fix, so forces them to adapt towards healthy living (or sadly but righteously perish).
Peace and stability go hand in hand.
May you find your stability, so we all live in a better world.
There is so much more to say along this flow of reasoning, but brevity here demands a nicely prompt closing. Hang around our community long enough here, and you will likely be sufficiently exposed to that continuance.
Take a deep and relaxing breath upon troubled times. Relax (not tense) as you inhale air deeply to kindly expand your belly, hold it in comfortably, and then release all tension upon exhale. Mindfully repeat as needed for balance, and the composure (so competence) that relies upon that balance.
For your convenient comparison, the following is the non-spacemixed original version of Shanti (Peace Out)…
