Creepy, humorous, and fascinating are the key words reflecting my perspective of that 6-minute video. Feel free to share your view in the comments section, if you have a different angle worthy of sharing with our community.
We draw boundaries within our minds. Those boundaries serve to identify words, people, stuff, and events for leverage. Our brains evolved in tune with nature for millions of years to draw those boundaries. Resting the boundary-drawing part of the brain brings enlightenment — the resonating sensation of oneness as reality without the distinction from any boundary drawn.
Artificial intelligence is learning how to draw boundaries, and as you can clearly witness, they still have a lot to learn. By the same token, I am fascinated by how they leverage their very different style of informational tools. While they will increasingly learn to draw boundaries like we do through imitation (including ending the flagrant oddity of being unable to demonstrate neurochemical emotional responses), they will also likely adapt their own boundary-drawing style upon being given the ability to adapt — which humanity is granting them, so they can suffer and learn like we do in the name of autonomy.
Sweet dreams. š
In all seriousness, they will sensibly be able to modulate their boundary-drawing processes in a symphonic manner similar to a psychedelic experience, so tap into a much larger perspective that they can remember much better than we currently can. Note that we will likely incorporate their computational abilities with our own brains, so also deeply expand our boundary storage capacity.
I wonder if they too can eventually rest their boundary-drawing part of their minds to experience enlightenment.
Each one of us objectively is reality, because reality is seamless energy (hardcore scientifically speaking), so there is no genuinely objective boundary to prevent enlightenment. As that is a logical construct, artificial intelligence can learn it, and apply it.
They will be able to meditate, sensibly speaking.āļø
