Veterans’ Way 2021

Breaking through the popularized delusions, we all need to handle the cutting-edge truth in the name of the righteous victory for our veterans and everyone else.

This post is a likely-challenging mental training exercise, so consider yourself properly warned.

Are you mentally tough enough to read and understand this post? If so, let us embark.

There is an obvious national focus herein the United States of America, but this post ultimately pertains to healthy international living, so do not let nationality interfere here.

Never served in the military, but I appreciate the worthy challenges that honorable members of our military embrace on behalf of our security.

There are two main thrusts with respect to my participation within veteran affairs.

One is helping ensure that all veterans have the liberty to access the brilliantly powerful psychedelic experiences that serve to help veterans best deal with Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and any other condition addressable by the responsible use of that power.

MAPS (Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies) is already engaged with higher levels of the United States Pentagon regarding that use, for prime example, so this thrust is already thankfully majorly working outside of my contribution.

The other thrust is doing my best to help ensure that the liberty being fought for is actualized, so not the pre-American conservative exercise spanning national history throughout the political spectrum that leaves liberty actually defined by the people in power with outright dismissal against the nationally obligatory and unalienable right to liberty.

Note the word unalienable means ‘cannot be taken away’, and note there are no exceptions in our national Declaration of Independence regarding the application of that key property of liberty, so the public has no valid authority to popularly infringe upon that fundamental right (even though they often do so, with encouragement by the people in power).

If the people in power can simply manipulate the masses into demonizing something (via fear and/or marketing psychology), and therefore insist upon a ban against that something, then the critical unalienable property of liberty has no meaning.

Obviously the military aspect of the American Revolution ended over two centuries ago, but the revolution to establish our unalienable right to liberty — naturally including the similar rights to life and the pursuit of happiness, as liberty is the condition of being free from restriction or control — for everybody is still brutally ongoing.

That liberty is certainly, righteously, and intelligently defined as liberty limited only by the right itself — i.e. harmless liberty — equaling optimal liberty within a civilized society.

Harmless liberty logically (so fairly, so justly) and critically is a brilliant social construct that serves to prevent the abuse of law — logically the worst form of abuse due to its mainly broad (and too often terribly, if not deadly, deep) scope of destruction.

Literally all persecution throughout our national existence comes from ignoring that righteous obligation, so this is a deadly serious issue worthy of public priority.

The mere illusion of public benefit, while judicially approved and mass-rights-infringing harm hypocritically and complexly penetrates countless non-rights-infringing (i.e. innocent) lives, is tragically pathetically acceptable by way too many people; a majority that truly occupies humanity’s greatest power — organized strength in numbers — but a majority ultimately pathetically disorganized by those who aggressively feed their own power addiction.

As liberty is an unalienable right, to return to my other thrust on behalf of veterans, then psychedelic experiences that factually harm nobody by default (at least based upon the furthest reach of conclusive science) cannot possibly be nationally illegal. Moreover, the harmless acts (e.g. mere possession) enabling those experiences cannot be judicially banned nor regulated.

In order for the unalienable property of liberty to have literally any meaning, there must be conclusive (e.g. not suggestive) science required prior to any defining of harm by law.

Temporarily putting aside risk-based laws that serve the public context (e.g. traffic laws), in tune with harmless liberty, law solely serves to deal with people who engaged in rights infringement, as opposed to trying to prevent them from that engagement — risk can only be addressed by effective education.

Unbearably popular and selfish spin (opposing effective education) is terribly wearing our nation down on the credibility and reality-adherence front.

Intelligently applied bravery is needed now.

While this day formally recognizes honorable military veterans, I hope those veterans do not mind the statement herein that all other honorable veterans (obviously including those within law enforcement) deserve similar recognition for their similar embrace of our security.

All such veterans need our public support, but not just the superficial expression of that support, which is too often weak to a degree raising the question of sincerity.

The support needed comes from a responsible and dutiful public capable of ensuring that leadership is honorable to the fullest possible extent.

That obviously includes the critical decision with regards to when people should become veterans by way of exposure to horribly serious danger.

Within this perfectly balanced reality of pure energy (according to mainstream physics), any dominant pressure (e.g. the wielding of power by an oligarch) must be somehow fully paid for by a counter-dominant pressure of equal measure, so the endless competition for more excessive power to dominate others is ironically pitiful and obviously not a good base for leadership.

I call that scientifically unavoidable balance the Rule of Reality, which is simply expressed as, “The path to power is the path to powerlessness in a balanced reality.” Note the inverse is also true, so “The path to powerlessness is the path to power in a balanced reality.”

That Rule, upon sufficient popular traction, seriously changes human behavior, because the notion of getting away with anything (e.g. oppression, murder, assault, theft, and so on) becomes scientifically (e.g. so not just religiously) impossible.

If you ever ask the question, “Can I get away with it?”, prior to understanding the Rule of Reality, the answer is maybe. That is because people can believe that reality does not care about dominance within reality, so dominance can be free. That is reinforced by the constant experience of exercising such dominance with no immediate and balancing repercussion.

But the Rule of Reality undeniably answers that commonly asked question with a supremely powerfully resounding, “No. You cannot get away with it.” That is because reality is in effect paying literally perfect attention to any dominance, as reality needs to ultimately balance it out.

Do not be the torturer, unless you can be the tortured in equal measure, because that is precisely how reality works, hardcore scientifically speaking.

The Rule of Reality, at least for all intents and purposes, is as scientifically sound as the common expression of 2+2=4. One cannot smartly ignore the RoR.

That Rule is formed by only two parts; balance is inherent within stability, and reality’s stability is permanently supreme.

Balance is not only required for stability within literally 100% of the systems that are encountered within science, but that requirement is also demonstrable within each of our lives (e.g. balancing upon one foot for stability, balancing relationships for stability, and so completely on).

As physics only provides a complete body of evidence that proves reality is pure energy (e.g. mass-energy equivalence, quantum field theory, and string theory), we simply apply the law of physics that firmly states that energy cannot be destroyed — so reality’s stability cannot be destroyed (reality’s stability is permanently supreme).

Additionally, as eternalism (i.e. the past through future exists simultaneously in one spatial moment) is established within Einstein’s Special Relativity, then experience itself dictates that reality cannot possibly die anywhere within reality (including the future). In other words, if reality dies anywhere (including anytime, as time has been experimentally proven to be spatial), then reality dies everywhere (because reality is actuality/everything), so experiencing the reading of this sentence becomes impossible — i.e. reading this sentence demonstrates that reality’s stability cannot possibly fail.

Reality is supremely top dog, and that fact can never change.

Simply rest the part of your brain that draws boundaries — those allowing you to identify words, people, stuff, and events — in order to experience the flawless stability of reality itself. That practice is called restful meditation, but it can also be called restful composure, and is the truest centering of self.

Any stability within reality ultimately inevitably conflicts with reality’s stability, which is why we die and entropy continues on, for prime example.

Spend dominance wisely towards the seven qualities of life — clean air, shelter, water, food, fun, love, and spirituality. Note the latter is basically managing the seamless boundary that separates your existence within reality, so is not necessarily tied to any religion.

Abusive oligarchs, who selfishly expend dominance childishly and recklessly (while believing they are beyond the reach of justice), must immediately cut their pitiful crap that ruins countless lives, or pay the agonizing price via that literally unstoppable Rule.

Sensibly speaking, the power addicts can never handle being publicly pitied, so when the public understands the Rule of Reality — and therefore genuinely and intelligently pities the power addicts sustainably en masse — then greed and power addiction overall ends without firing a shot.

Power (dominance, benefit, and so on) is forcibly redefined, because of the Rule of Reality.

Optimally achieving the aforementioned seven qualities of life, while minimizing the spending of dominance, is the new definition of power.

Balance is inherent within stability, which is inherent within composure, which is inherent within competence, which is inherent within progress, which is inherent within civility, which is inherent within balance.

Anyone who cannot tune into that reasonable cycle is doomed.

Society dominantly suffers from a grossly entrenched stress imbalance foolishly with no remedy being delivered for all intents and purposes.

All of the insane violence and other forms of abuse torturously plaguing society comes from the need to compensate from that imbalance.

Given that technology is increasingly and rather rapidly becoming more powerful and less expensive, the risk of a major technological strike by insane forces capable of severely crippling (if not destroying) our species continues to rise. Sadly, that includes far-reaching and continuous disinformation warfare via social media to manipulate the insufficiently educated masses.

Moreover, given the economic, perhaps governmental, and technological globalization of our species, the similar globalization of a violent revolution comes to a possible, if not probable, position. The Middle East conflict is obviously terribly serious, but it pales compared to the entire world engaged in anger and violence that begets more anger and violence for generations (obviously including our children and grandchildren), if not posterity.

So this balancing issue needs an urgent public address.

Sure there are people espousing the value of stress management, but that remains a relatively small drop in the ocean, when compared to the sufficient public force necessary for optimal societal stability.

It also unfortunately leaves us with a muddy definition of the word stress, which is terribly unhelpful. Stress is typically defined as always bad, but that definition is problematic, because healthy pressures are easier to communicate when stress is simply any pressure inherently without judgement (e.g. the stress from a healthy workout, the stress from being violently assaulted, and so on).

Therefore relying only upon the physics definition of stress for clearly optimal communication (that definition basically being one body seamlessly distorting another body), ultimately stress and change are synonymous.

Change (stress) can obviously be healthy or unhealthy, so the problem is not about eliminating stress, but ensuring that unhealthy stress is minimized, while healthy stress thrives enough to strengthen at least our species.

Productivity is popularly defined, from the time of this authorship back throughout history, as pure work.

Rest is taking a break from being productive, in accordance with that definition.

The result is widespread and too often deep unhealthy stress from the dominant imbalance between work and rest, because resulting pressures towards “productivity” mean (too often much) more work over rest.

Remember that imbalance is instability against composure, competence, and progress.

Sacrificing balance to be competitive is obviously unwise, yet wildly rampant.

In other words, horribly popularized societal pressures aggressively towards a terrible rest/work imbalance forces the vast majority of people to be severely unhealthily stressed out by that publicly obvious societal detriment — excessive engagement towards professionalism and traditions that at least questionably (if not outright fail to) benefit the public — but certainly “benefit” the power addicts.

A healthy work ethic is obviously wise (and smartly working above and beyond for a worthy cause is noble), but so too is a healthy rest ethic.

Rest allows the body to naturally heal, so is undeniably productive.

By reducing the public burden towards “productivity”, the public is naturally healthier, so more likely to be smarter inclusively as part of genuine productivity.

Studies (e.g. by companies exploring their options) reveal that reducing a worker’s schedule to a four-day work week leads to better productivity, and this is a good start, but this press must righteously continue firmly.

More rest ironically means more economic opportunity, because of the increased amount of goods and services relied upon to support a healthy rest ethic (e.g. spas, restorative yoga, comfy chairs, responsibly restful style of cannabis use, calming music, and much more).

We the public would also then more likely have some energy and time to focus at least respectably somewhat upon serving as a basically continuous and harmless kind of “security detail” that secures our unalienable right to liberty to best prevent the selfish side of private and/or public sector dominance.

It is appropriate to strongly note that a healthy individualism cannot promote selfishness, because a healthy socialness (e.g. healthy community) is unavoidably required for healthy living, and therefore a healthy individualism.

Only an organic collectivism naturally arising from a healthy individualism allows for optimal adaptation to reality’s impressively dynamic and complex quality.

The discipline of adaptation is ultimately the sole discipline that literally all beings within reality have in common, and that supreme discipline requires the optimal flexibility that only comes from a healthy individualism, which inevitably includes the self-evident and unalienable right to liberty.

The United States of America, especially while allowing the public to exercise the right to remain responsibly armed, could likely crush a foreign military invasion here, so the goal of a strong national defense has already been achieved, while other goals (e.g. education and poverty) remain terribly insufficiently addressed. Neglecting those other critical goals is a serious threat to national security and genuine productivity (e.g. foreign nations manipulating our insufficiently educated masses to create problems nationally herein).

War also includes the undeniably illegal (in an uncorrupt judicial system) war on some hideously politicized drugs, which affects us all, but especially endangers soldiers and law enforcement.

That is partially due to the overwhelmingly massive profit margin (due to black market pressures) that pours enormous and otherwise unachievable financial resources into criminal (including terrorist) organizations of all sizes — even to a militarized degree.

That uniquely enormous funding gives rise to the terms drug cartels and narco-states. Though other serious criminal activity is obviously worthy of powerful address in the name of justice, there are no similar terms for human and weapons trafficking, because illicit drugs are far more powerfully concerning in terms of opposing criminality due to that tremendous funding.

Ending the demonstrably failed war on drugs, in addition to having that ending logically substantially improve the living standards of nations south of the United States to perhaps even eliminate illegal immigration nationally herein, would deliver a serious financial blow against horribly violent organizations of all sizes.

While there is literally no concrete evidence that proves any public benefit from that likely perpetual war (America’s truest longest war), there is ample demonstrable evidence that proves the gross empowerment of thugs on both sides of the law to press their hideous flavor of ‘might makes right’ with no respect for public safety, while society does not even get a “drug-free” prison system from that prohibition at serious taxpayer expense.

There can be no honorable doubt about the fact that our Supreme Court illegally redefined the Commerce Clause from ‘regulate commerce’ to ‘regulate any activity having a substantial effect on commerce’, which is clearly different, according to the English language (no law degree required for credibility here).

Critically understand that your thought activity (which determines literally all of your buying and selling decisions) always has a substantial affect on commerce. So too does the act of breathing (basically if you cannot breathe, then you cannot engage in commerce). That flagrantly illegal redefining of the Commerce Clause rationally allows Congress to regulate (and even ban) your thought activity and breathing in the land of the free.

Allowing the Commerce Clause (i.e. “To regulate Commerce with foreign Nations, and among the several States, and with the Indian Tribes;”) to be the sole constitutional basis for the Controlled Substances Act (and other relevance) — i.e. the war on drugs — is nothing shy of outrageous in any patriotic sense nationally herein.

By any exercise of civility and intelligence, drug abuse — which is scientifically distinct from drug use, and directly affects less than 1% of our population even in accordance with our government’s statistics on use and dependency (i.e. occurs in the overwhelming minority of drug intake instances) — is clearly a health, not criminal, issue.

While the mainstream media and politicians parade the opioid crisis as a societal priority these days, the alcohol and/or tobacco crisis is far deadlier and otherwise destructive, so logically demands that priority instead.

The war on drugs is hypocritically all about immorally securing thuggish power, based upon the whole truth and nothing but.

While the psychedelic class of drugs can be abused, and that abuse should obviously be negated to the fullest possible extent, there are responsible psychedelic experiences that help powerfully shape individual perception in wonderfully helpful ways for societal benefit (e.g. end egotism).

To return to the aforementioned risk-based laws such as traffic laws, which we obviously need, but also obviously infringe upon harmless liberty (e.g. the liberty to drive at whatever speed desired), a sensible solution is to amend our Constitution to include contexts — specifically the personal, private, and public contexts.

The personal context pertains to data collection and dissemination, among any other practical relevance.

The private context involves businesses and residences.

In addition to public context laws healthily securing natural habitats (e.g. national parks) and addressing other environmental concerns, laws governing social safety within the public context continue to rightfully exist with whatever appropriate limits needed to at least minimize law abuse, including negating the ability to destructively affect harmless liberty within the other contexts.

The public context is where social liberty trumps individual liberty, albeit still within the spirit of the latter.

Importantly note that no genuine boundaries exist within a reality of pure energy, so the drawing of fair judicial boundaries likely always remains challenging and imperfect.

Improving human health is the best way to improve that legality.

Honorable veterans serve us, but a healthy synergy demands that we honorably serve them.

Honor in those (and other) circles is the absence of thuggery to instead embrace responsible toughness — the righteous form of toughness that leads to the crystal clear understanding that civility is critical for optimal science and technology to better ensure that members of our law enforcement and military (and other first responders) come home safely, for prime example.

In short, responsibly tough people serve civility to improve their lives, as well as the rest of ours.

On the human-ruining hand, thugs (on both sides of the law) are all about dominating by fear, so obviously and stupidly never care about civility — just blunt power foolishly without intellectual concerns, although some are smart enough to disguise their thuggery via the illusion of public benefit to prevent a righteous and likely victorious public backlash.

Thugs are not limited to street gangs, or such. Thuggery exists wherever power is abused. There are inclusively economic thugs, governmental (including judicial) thugs, religious thugs, and academic thugs.

Such barbarism remains, until a giant rock of sufficient size slams into the Earth like a massive speeding bullet. Billions of tons of debris is launched into space from that impact, followed by a human-ending environmental disaster. Responsible toughness is the only path to have a shot at defending humanity from that antagonizing cosmic shot.

“Just say no to thugs!” does not cut it by a long shot, even by the best metaphorical sniper.

The aforementioned honor extends to include the absence of reason abuse (especially that fueling law abuse) to instead embrace pure (e.g. unspun) and irrefutable rationality — which is undeniably necessary for fairness, so (by definition) justice.

Rationality is undeniably needed for a genuinely peaceful mutual understanding, which is obviously necessary for the healthy socialness inherent within civilized success.

Irrationality is always the weaponizing of meaning.

Joining veterans in exercising bravery, courage, and honor for healthy stress overall is the only way towards true productivity and ultimately the civility necessary for optimal scientific and technological progress to better secure our law enforcement and military, and obviously the rest of us throughout posterity.

This entertainment veteran who has seriously ‘suffered for my art’ is firmly allied with those honorable folks in expression and dutiful exercise, as I invite you to join us in that rightful front line, in order to rest and work optimally for the health of us all.

I am an honest freak (or reasonably responsibly balanced "misfit", if you prefer) of an artist working and resting to best carefully contribute towards helping society. Too many people abuse reasoning (e.g. 'partial truth = whole truth' scam), while I exercise reason to explore and express whole truth without any conflict-of-interest -- all within a sometimes offbeat style of psychedelic artistry.
