Within our oven of creation is a new Psyonics spacemix that combines a lot of solid grooves in trippy geeky fashion (so kinda trippy science fiction style).
Shining classic music through an intricately spacemixed lens, two songs by The Crystal Method from their 90’s area of fame surface in this mix, as does one by a band you may have heard of… Pink Floyd.
Wonderfully joining those artists are currently popular (in a non-mainstream sense) ones known as Eat Static and Liquid Stranger.
The remaining unmentioned artists have published music that’s every bit as good imho, and I strongly encourage you to support all of the artists receiving the spacemix treatment.
I’m very happy with the condition of this upcoming mix, and warmly excited to share it with you all.
While no publication date has been set yet — I never set a date, until the material is naturally finished (no forced deadlines potentially compromising quality), just like baking being impossible to rush right — I’m easily in the final phase and appear to be on track towards releasing it in the coming week or so.
You can always hear past spacemixes at our Playful Skull Mixcloud zone… https://www.mixcloud.com/playfulskull/
While not as fresh as those just out of the oven, they keep well and may even age nicely (well, that’s for you to decide, of course).✌️
