After committing to learning how to expertly grow cannabis, my past week included ample time studying that wonderful subject, so not writing the next phase about my novel belief system that basically everyone is questionably ignoring.
As someone who has used over 100 hundred different cannabis strains, Cheese is still the only one that I overwhelmingly prefer for my personal “caregivee” as a daytime strain (mainly to deal with Alzheimer’s disease). Its simplicity in texture, balance, and a slight uplift all come together to nicely encourage composure, which leads to overall health improvement mentally and physically.
Although registered via our state medical cannabis program, online dispensaries rarely sell Cheese.
They also rarely sell basically CBD-only strains (e.g. ACDC), and I have a strongly financially challenged friend who no longer desires access to opioids for a serious nerve issue. Her doctor refuses to prescribe the opioid that has worked well to responsibly temper her severe pain for decades, thanks to the DEA unethically intimidating legit doctors and their legit patients in the pretended and highly destructive effort to win the war on drugs even slightly.
Finally, since our commonwealth legalized recreational cannabis, I prefer to avoid paying about $200 yearly just to access the medical program. After two years within that program, I found no cannabis expertise outside of my own that was necessary for medical positivity in our case.
I am very pleasantly surprised by how well I have been able to embrace the cannabis growing process — already immersed in many videos and articles, while taking good notes.
Although there are a lot of variables to factor in, I feel healthily confident that I can hang in there to grow healthy plants with yields well-beyond what we generally need as mild vape users. A quarter ounce of Cheese lasts about a year of daily use for my “caregivee”, so one plant yielding up to 3.5 ounces would obviously last well-beyond that duration.
There is so much more to say about this subject that has become very important to yours truly.
I will continue to try to write something for each Saturday morning (consider this a diary of sorts), but content will likely vary to match whatever energy that reality aligns with us.
Feel free to mutually constructively weigh in.
