Cannabis Om

Pertaining to a recent article about professionally combining cannabis and yoga…

This is yet another important indicator of the vast difference between cannabis (actually psychedelics in general) and alcohol.

Feel free to join me in the amusement of imagining a yoga session with a bunch of alcohol users/abusers.

Cannabis can be a sophisticated subject, because the possibilities for intentional perception alteration via cannabis are literally oceanic in scope.

Upon recreational legality here in Massachusetts, I will choose the nicely mild vaporization of a balance-encouraging strain (e.g. Cheese, Blue Dream — and other hazes without disorienting neurological modulations due to hybridization, and so on).

Then I might explore carefully composed strain combinations (like mixing instruments to make ambient music) for more interesting experiences with more texture and depth in the effect.

Cannabis can facilitate the education of the goal of meditative balance in a way that verbal instruction alone may miss, so this teacher plant (apparently one of the five sacred plants in Hinduism) is not just for neurological decoration and emotional betterment.

I am an honest freak (or reasonably responsibly balanced "misfit", if you prefer) of an artist working and resting to best carefully contribute towards helping society. Too many people abuse reasoning (e.g. 'partial truth = whole truth' scam), while I exercise reason to explore and express whole truth without any conflict-of-interest -- all within a sometimes offbeat style of psychedelic artistry.
