After recently switching from coffee to tea for my morning caffeine routine, I found myself in a shipping gap during the transportation of my beloved Prince of Peace organic green tea.
That gap compelled me to head store bound to acquire a temporary alternative, so without naming names, I settled upon a green tea that “supplies antioxidants to support overall health”.
What I experienced upon drinking that beverage of a temporary status was a surprisingly serious blast of what I now understand as the antioxidant ride.
The amount from that blast rivals even my most intense caffeine experiences from my single cup of coffee days (a reasonably impressive feat).
It’s like some insanely obsessed antioxidant promoter jumped in my face and exclaimed, “Yeah!!! Kick ass antioxidants, right?! Feel it, baby!!! Feel that major health boost into the cosmos!!! Woooooooooo to the max!!!”
Insert another sip of that tea here (yeah, true story).
I now know what it feels like to be within the antioxidant universe, where every other part of my reality coercively submits to antioxidant dominance, and while I embrace the responsible intake of antioxidants for healthy sustainment, this ‘new’ universe is happily “telling” me to leave.
