People selling hard drugs, addictive drugs (cocaine, crack, methamphetamines, heroin, etc) should not have their sentences commuted. Just more demtard theme of lawlessness. This country is going to hell in a basket. — del
The CSA (and all relevant state and local laws) are facially unconstitutional, when the “New Deal” (i.e. leftist Franklin Roosevelt’s) version of the Commerce Clause is reigned in properly (something the “reptards” hypocritically refuse to do in order to be “tough on crime”), and the ninth amendment combined with the Supremacy Clause are logically (so fairly, so justly) applied.
The law you’re upholding cannot be law without flagrant (but largely publicly ignored) judicial corruption, so non-violent drug users don’t belong in jail/prison to begin with, factually speaking.
By any well-recognized statistical measure (U.S. National Health & Drug Use Survey, Institute of Medicine’s multi-drug dependency table in their prohibitionist-commissioned report, etc.), drug abuse (addiction, and so on) occurs in the overwhelming minority of drug intake instances, so the “hard drug” argument is not a strong one — especially as it pertains to law.
Drug prohibition addiction is the real national scourge, and you clearly support (enable) that abuse.
The lawlessness comes from a demonstrably rogue oligarchy (across the political spectrum, and within both private and public sectors) making politicized laws on behalf of self-interest groups with powerful influence (i.e. oligarchical interest groups) all throughout American history, despite liberty being an unalienable right, nationally automatically speaking.
Addiction occurs (via drugs, food, sex, exercise, and so on), but it’s well understood that addiction comes from stress problems, not available drug type.
Please at least consider updating your position.
Drug abuse is clearly a health (not criminal) issue, and taxpayers should not be forced to pay for non-violent people who didn’t break any actual law, but are rotting in jail/prison for the pitiful and shameful sake of empowering sanctioned thuggery in the “land of the free”.
This country is “going to hell”, because the fundamental point of our nation (opposing law abuse) was never implemented (thanks to still-dominating pre-American conservatism also spanning the political spectrum), so hypocrisy has effectively reigned supreme to deteriorate any nationally unifying sense of principle (so legitimate and fundamental strength).
Everyone of us is to blame for allowing our “public servants” and “We the people” — neither group having authority to infringe upon anyone’s rights, even upon religious grounds — ignore our unalienable right to liberty (logically a critical ingredient to prevent law abuse) — e.g. those who ignored that key right to uphold slavery (and racial inequality in general), demean women, persecute on grounds of sexual preference, persecute on grounds of recreational drug preference, and so abhorrently onwards to “hell” as (at least arguably) the fair price to pay for our “sins”.
Hypocrisy was (and still is) leveraged to usurp constitutional power. That’s the real fuel of national degradation, and it’s only worsening via the rampant expansion of law to further enable law abuse.
As a real American patriot (perfectly demonstrating a refusal to sacrifice a logical sense of principle for “modest gain” via hypocritical embrace), I refuse to join that terribly and insanely massively popular press “to protect the children”.
I prefer to be in good company.
I am an honest freak (or reasonably responsibly balanced "misfit", if you prefer) of an artist working and resting to best carefully contribute towards helping society. Too many people abuse reasoning (e.g. 'partial truth = whole truth' scam), while I exercise reason to explore and express whole truth without any conflict-of-interest -- all within a sometimes offbeat style of psychedelic artistry.
