My comment there:
The real toxicity is ironically the CSA (actually law abuse) itself.
Irrationally grounded in a blatantly illegal Supreme Court redefining of the Commerce Clause from “regulate commerce” to “regulate any activity having a substantial effect on commerce” (and still corruptly “interpreting” even that illegal redefining to ban, not regulate, the mere possession of a plant in the land of the unalienable right to liberty), the war on some drugs has not led to a “drug free” prison system (nor provided literally one shred of concrete, so credible, evidence proving we live in even a slightly more “drug free” America), but has varyingly ruined millions (if not billions over the course of several decades and strongly outrageously counting) of non-violent (sanely innocent) lives at outrageous taxpayer expense (billions spent annually).
Actual LSD (not the questionable, if not dangerous, alternatives sold on the street as LSD) is scientifically non-toxic, and can be taken at a dosage producing effects literally the tiniest step from sobriety. Its illegality (along with other tried-and-true psychedelics — including cannabis) is politicized recklessness.
Drug prohibition addiction — where too many people with guns violate their oath to uphold our Constitution and serve the public to instead obviously deceive the public and effectively steal from them to get their prohibition fix — the macrocosm of the stereotypical heroin addict — is the real drug crisis worthy of immediate and mature public intervention.
Is that not right, mainstream media journalistically unethically refusing to report these ‘slam-dunk case against the war on drugs’ facts, because of your selfishly sick conflict of interest against the public’s right to know to instead uphold (inclusively popular albeit nationally abusive) government interests in exchange for the freshest and continuing supply of “newsworthy” information about the tragic events overwhelmingly dominating your inundation to questionably (if not outright unhealthily) pour into the public minds (the informational equivalent of shoving junk food down the public’s throats with minimal nutrition added)?
Repealing Certain Drug Prohibition (if you will) on grounds of unbearably obvious (to a caring public at large) unconstitutionality would terminate our national obligation to uphold relevant international treaties, because they require national constitutionality for effect.
The CSA and relevant laws are a sick joke at the terrible expense of public safety — the antithesis of honor and civility (genuine law and order), based upon the whole truth and nothing but.
I am an honest freak (or reasonably responsibly balanced "misfit", if you prefer) of an artist working and resting to best carefully contribute towards helping society. Too many people abuse reasoning (e.g. 'partial truth = whole truth' scam), while I exercise reason to explore and express whole truth without any conflict-of-interest -- all within a sometimes offbeat style of psychedelic artistry.
