No to Hypocritical Thugs

“Reasons cited by opponents include the state’s opioid addiction crisis and the possibility of marijuana being a ‘gateway’ leading to more dangerous drugs.” — from the article titled “Massachusetts group far exceeds required signatures to get legalization on ballot” (the Cannabist)

My comment there echoed here:

The opioid crisis (nonetheless the fact that a drug-free prison system has not even been achieved) demonstrates that prohibition is a failed policy, but one that is unethically lucrative for one group of people in power at the expense of vulnerable addicts, non-violent (i.e. sanely innocent) drug users, victims’ loved ones, and “We the taxpayers” (spending billions yearly), so prominently challenging prohibition legitimacy is sickly forbidden (drug prohibition addiction is the real crisis).

In a report commissioned by the prohibitionist White House Office of National Drug Control Policy, and conducted by the Institute of Medicine way back in 1999, the gateway drug theory was rejected. Alcohol is the real gateway drug, if society still wants to press that button of societal retardation.

Selfish insanity in power brutally wielding hypocrisy continuously against public safety is the real problem here, but the crickets chirp while too many heads remained buried in the sands with butts exposed to the delight of sanctioned thugs in the “land of the free” and “home of the brave”.

By any sane measure, drug abuse is a health — not criminal — issue.

The prohibition industry unethically thrives upon addicts and black market pressures, so merely pretends to care about addressing that issue (as clearly demonstrated), while societal destruction from that industry is basically on par with companies poisoning our environment.

Drug prohibition addicts desperately need an ironic intervention.

Largely thanks to the mainstream media effectively in bed with law enforcement and other governmental areas to continuously secure access to “newsworthy” information about the bombardment of “impressive” tragic events being reported continuously, and since the government selfishly “benefits” from prohibition, a powerful conflict of interest against the public’s right to know (and safety) remains entrenched to the detriment of millions (if not billions) of citizens for several decades and torturously strongly counting.

There should be no need to actively legalize cannabis (or any other drug) — because the Commerce Clause cannot possibly be a legitimate basis for the war on some drugs (even despite the flagrantly illegal judicial redefining of that clause, according to the public record), and drug use is clearly protected by an uncorrupted interpretation of the ninth amendment combined with the Supremacy Clause to prevent anti-drug laws at all levels of our “public servants”.

Law abuse (as it prompted the American revolution) is the primary societal concern for any intelligent one paying sound attention.

Bad law (not certain drug) prohibition is sensible, and in tune with the principles establishing our national existence, but the public at large could not care less about law (until they become the innocent victims of it), so our nation continues to rot in the hands of reason abusers and thugs rampantly preventing (by “law”) the clear exercise of fundamental rights.

If you do not care as an American citizen, you can only logically be concluded to be a cowardly part of that rot (an abuse logically far worse than drug abuse, and worthy of priority addressing).

I am an honest freak (or reasonably responsibly balanced "misfit", if you prefer) of an artist working and resting to best carefully contribute towards helping society. Too many people abuse reasoning (e.g. 'partial truth = whole truth' scam), while I exercise reason to explore and express whole truth without any conflict-of-interest -- all within a sometimes offbeat style of psychedelic artistry.
