A group supporting Massachusetts recreational marijuana legalization said Friday that Gov. Charlie Baker and Boston Mayor Marty Walsh are being hypocritical by supporting more liquor licenses while opposing the pot initiative.
Will Luzier, campaign manager for the pro-marijuana group, said pot was less toxic and less addictive than alcohol…
My comment there echoed conveniently for y’all here…
Hypocrisy is the base for too many (especially political) agendas, and is a serious example of reason abuse, which is logically far worse than drug abuse, because it leads to law abuse.
Law abuse is logically the worst form of abuse due to its mainly broad scope of destruction, and is the form of abuse that our nation was supposed to primarily understandably address (after a seriously violent revolution against British law abuse), according to our nation’s written foundation — which has been factually ignored to oligarchical taste throughout our national history at terrible societal cost.
Moreover, I’m tired of the “less toxic” nonsense. The fact is there’s no experimental science (i.e. hard science) concluding any harm in cannabis use. Saying there’s harm in cannabis use is like saying there’s harm in music listening, both because of psychological misfitting easily (at least reasonably) avoided by care.
Regarding carcinogens, there’s carbon monoxide and smoke tars requiring combustion (easily avoided by vaporization), and a questionable (albeit likely small) amount of benzene at the 392F degree boiling point (which can be avoided by lower vaporization temperature).
All activities have some negative wear and tear, and that’s the extent of “harm” from cannabis use (as clearly distinct from abuse).
Reason abuse is the real enemy here, and effectively a toxin via the severe unhealthy stress of wrongful mass manipulation.
A serious and mature public intervention against reason abusers (and their supportive thugs) — a group responsible for hard-scientifically harming millions of non-violent (so sanely innocent) citizens for power gain to avoid creating a drug-free prison system, or provide even one tiniest shred of credible evidence proving literally any prohibition effectiveness to “protect the children” at serious taxpayer expense — is urgently needed, but demonstrably unlikely due to excessive cowardice in the “home of the brave” and preferred disorganization against liberty in the “land of the free”.
Instead, we get a continuous political trojan horse in the form of “tax and regulate” — perpetuating the “liberal” and “progressive” (actually tried-and-always-fundamentally-failing traditional political leftist) agendas in the form of cannabis legality pressures at the serious expense of sound liberty and (inclusively financial) health.
Our nation is clearly deteriorating, at least majorly because of the rampant reason abuse.
Righteous cannabis intake preferably will shine a brilliant psychological light upon how idiotic it is to believe that reason abuse has no negative consequences against those abusers clearly and corruptly operating above human law (hint: every action is an opposite and equal reaction — reality’s law that nobody can defy).

I am an honest freak (or reasonably responsibly balanced "misfit", if you prefer) of an artist working and resting to best carefully contribute towards helping society. Too many people abuse reasoning (e.g. 'partial truth = whole truth' scam), while I exercise reason to explore and express whole truth without any conflict-of-interest -- all within a sometimes offbeat style of psychedelic artistry.
