Nutshell Against Prohibition Nuts

The good news is the more the prohibitionists hog the spotlight for themselves, the more the public understands the fact (yes, fact) that prohibitionists literally cannot sustain a single point in their favor.

Based upon the whole truth (and nothing but), the war on [some brutally unethically politicized] drugs is ineffective, destructive, taxpayer expensive, usually scientifically unwarranted, and the “elephant in the room being pathetically nationally ignored” — unconstitutional at all levels of government.

We don’t even have a drug-free prison system (nonetheless even one shred of concrete evidence proving we live in a slightly more drug-free America as a result of Certain Drug Prohibition).

Millions of non-violent (so sanely innocent) citizens have had their lives ruined to varying degrees (including deadly ones) by the ironically hypocritical prohibition addiction.

We the taxpayers are spending billions of dollars annually to sustain that brutal and unbearably selfish failure.

Factually speaking (and pertaining to more than just cannabis even though that plant is consistently and reputably reportedly by our government to be about 75% of illicit drug use), there’s no experimental science (the degree of science logically necessary in a nation with an unalienable right to liberty — another “elephant being similarly ignored”) concluding that cannabis use causes any harm. That’s opposed to “science” (leaving out critical factors such as strain differential and precise intake amount) suggesting that “heavy use” or abuse may/can cause harm — then unethically turned into tough-talking affirmations towards plant demonization for selfish financial gain.

Finally the point that way too many people couldn’t care less about — constitutionality. Logically (so fairly, so justly) speaking, the terribly vague Commerce Clause is a miserably wrong basis for Certain Drug Prohibition (the more horrendous sequel to Alcohol Prohibition that “mysteriously” required a federal constitutional amendment).

The ninth amendment (inevitably judicially implementing our fundamental rights) and the Supremacy Clause (trumping state/local laws) negates all anti-drug laws. There’s no uncorrupt way around that fact.

Because of our fundamental rights, law can only address harm (not risk) — despite the rampant chaotic complex of laws to the highly questionable contrary in a rogue nation continuously embracing some form(s) of discriminatory hypocrisy for agenda competition over justice throughout the entire duration of national existence (despite our nation being established in a bloody revolution due to law abuse — logically the worst form of abuse due to its mainly broad scope of destruction).

It’s a slam-dunk case against Certain Drug Prohibition, but our effectively governing oligarchy spanning the private and public sectors powerfully continue to reveal their hideous hand against public care. The many billions of dollars from a black market (and merely pretending to defeat it) is serious for the handful of groups (including judicial ones) with powerful lobbying efforts (and very wealthy black market players’ influence on it all).

A necessarily balancing reality for stability (scientifically speaking, but karma works here too) is paying literally perfect attention to the mass selfishness forming (at least arguably) the grossest scam in history — several decades (and strongly counting) of ruining untold numbers of lives “to protect the children” from a “drug epidemic” that affects much less than 1% of the population (consistently annually according to government statistics cited even by prohibitionists).

In other words, the people are way too often falling left and right (pun politically intended) over the purest version of that scam — rare instances of abuse justify mass harm “to protect the children”.

Reality’s inevitable balancing act to correct its own corruption is the justice against the “powerful” people living way too comfortably at the terrible expense of millions of other fine folks.

Your choice is to take the harm or heal path to power (I obviously choose the latter and appreciate your company in that regard).
