Conflict of interest is the home of corruption, and that interest exists like a highly complex and ubiquitous minefield for us all to try to navigate.
What prevents too many people from simply bypassing the salesmen incentivized to avoid selling a superior car capable of better performance, less maintenance, and better environmental impact?
State regulations requiring all sales be conducted through a dealership.
Regulation is a euphemism for bans (a.k.a. prohibitions), which all ultimately fail due to severe costs, unhealthy stress (e.g. wrongful accusation, liberty infringement, etc.), possible incompetence, and aforementioned conflicts (e.g. bribing lawmakers, regulators, and/or law enforcement, and other forms of abusing regulatory leverage for unethical power gain).
We understandably have Murder Prohibition, but not because it’s effective (it clearly isn’t deterring people insanely driven to murder), but because it’s pathetically the best solution in a world incapable of addressing unhealthy stress in a manner derailing and avoiding murderous need. Quite the ironic contrary, an excessively rigid society demanding conformity inevitably forms subjectively (oligarchically) defined “losers” stressed out even to the point of insanity.
The enemy of stupidity is not regulations, because stupidity clearly exists on both sides of the thin blue line (as history usually reveals).
The enemy of stupidity is objectivity, which clearly is an educational issue.
Education is the answer (especially in a society with an unalienable right to liberty), so not law.
Education improves public awareness and response, which increases the odds that public outrage upon exposing private sector corruption (for prime example) is sufficient to end that corruption via bankruptcy (from insufficient consumer demand) or legitimate (albeit still pathetically needed) prohibition against actual rights infringement.
Regulation seems reasonable (thus the popular euphemism), and when natural (not judicial) regulation occurs, the results are indeed reasonable.
Another relevant consideration is laws against public benefit solely for the sake of securing jobs is a serious sign of overpopulation. Humanity cannot deadly address that problem ethically (choosing who dies for better humanity), so must allow reality (logically the supreme being that’s existence itself) to do its destructive duty. Overpopulation is a bubble, and all bubbles end by diffusion or bursting regardless of humanity’s law. However, humanity can expand its territory to include oceans and outer space, and therefore form necessary jobs involving that expansion for public benefit.
To believe the overwhelming minority of people sadly abusing drugs, sex, money, food, guns, (and so on) should be met with blanket laws affecting the public at large is absurdly ironically destructive and baseless (perhaps outrageously even sadomoralistic).
Yet the regulations (and their necessarily accompanying sanctioned thievery — i.e. taxes) keep flooding our lives like an uncontrollable army of actually unconstitutional viruses enraging the abuse of law upon us all to the serious discredit (natural degradation) of societal integrity — a vicious circle of unhealthy stress forming poorer education and consequent (in)action.
Since I already posted about being thankful, and exercise thankfulness all year long (so don’t need a holiday to encourage that wise focus), I leave your mind with this informational Thanksgiving feast.
The Rule of Reality is humanity’s answer to deprecate the need for wildly excessive, broadly destructive, and ironically horrifically abusive law.
That Rule clearly scientifically affirms that no intelligent conclusion can ever match the ability to get away with abusive behavior. The excessively popular ‘bad guy’ notion that ‘if nobody sees it, then it did not happen’ is placed solely in the realm of stupidity (an educational issue).
Religion capable of being simply bypassed by non-believers is no longer necessary to confirm the inevitable correction of any abuse.
If everyone understands that factual Rule (capable of being simply defined, so even basically the youngest minds can understand it), then a naturally fundamentally governing force of supreme dominance forms brilliant incentive against screwing people over, and a society humanly fundamentally governed by an unalienable right to liberty (i.e. optimally civilized liberty via liberty limited only by the right itself) becomes the respectable seed for innovation and all other benefits from responsible flexibility (e.g. civility against thuggery and reason abuse).
When time is considered the dimension of space it certainly experimentally has repeatedly been proven to be (thank you, Einstein and experimenting company), and the literal absence of any objective distinction leaves death not actually the end of experience (so likely not an escape from fully paying for abuse), then (at least arguably) the greatest understanding emerges for optimal natural regulation in this purely energetic existence seamlessly from humanity’s purely energetic perception…
Defeat is always mutual (i.e. every action is an opposite and equal reaction, despite the mere illusion of time delay and the subjective boundary called death).
