Unpressed

Prompted by “Depression and Therapy: Making the Appointment”: https://thoughtswithdildo.wordpress.com/2015/11/19/depression-and-therapy-making-the-appointment/

Understanding that reality is purely energetic from humanity’s view has helped me enormously, and I hope to ripple that benefit throughout the informational energy waveform subjectively defined as Internet content.

Similar to literally any human being, I’m a subjectively defined and relatively highly complex set of energy currents that are seamlessly connected.

Suffering is a discomforting stress (energy) signature, and it can come in any possible form.

The aforementioned understanding is like a mental volume knob. When pressures are too strong from the details of life, I can focus increasingly upon the energetic nature of it all (reality permitting, of course), and logically conclude there’s nothing to ultimately fear — also understanding that the only answer to fear is pressing courage any other way.

There’s no objective death, but an energetic shift away from familiar perception. The seamless nature of reality means each one of us is reality. The reason we experience subjectivity (life) is because reality is literally all possibilities that resonate simultaneously to the point where they all cancel out (reality is objectively an undefinable extreme where relativity — so definition, distinction, shape, size, etc. — itself can no longer exist).

Meditation is simply the release into calming the mental waters (releasing closest to oneness with that undefinable extreme). Adapting to discomfort requires no formality. There’s no mental press. Quite the contrary, there’s only a focus upon breathing to allow the rest of the brain to let go and chill out. There’s no failure (if frustration emerges, then welcome it — it’s all energy), and even slightly achieving meditative healing is better than ignoring the need to find (release into) your purest idling (calmest waters, etc.)

This is no longer limited to eastern philosophy, so extends to mainstream physics, where a particle is defined by one of the smartest scientists on Earth as a “blur”.

When we understand that details don’t really exist, we can find peace in the releasing embrace of the oneness of reality.

When we can’t find that peace due to environmental turbulence demanding mental defense for balance (stability), we can understand the common need to ride out the energy storm with perfect confidence that the storm will end precisely in accordance with reality’s undeniable need, and we often (if not always) benefit from that challenge towards our lives.

We understand that the absence of objective boundaries (actualized relativity) means reality is logically boundless. We can explore deeper and deeper and literally never grasp an end. Understanding the purely energetic nature of reality means we are immortal for worst through best (your life wave will crash, but the energy never dies as it forms a new wave).

Like driving a car, sometimes each one of us just needs to take our metaphorical foot off of the mental accelerator to reach our destination (e.g. solve a problem), and the sadly counterintuitive nature of that truth is why healing can be so challenging.

I have more to say, but breakfast must soon come my way, because I’ve got some hiking to do very soon today.

Best wishes for your positivity is my bottom line.

I am an honest freak (or reasonably responsibly balanced "misfit", if you prefer) of an artist working and resting to best carefully contribute towards helping society. Too many people abuse reasoning (e.g. 'partial truth = whole truth' scam), while I exercise reason to explore and express whole truth without any conflict-of-interest -- all within a sometimes offbeat style of psychedelic artistry.
