It’s all energy, scientifically speaking, so health is literally all about proper tuning.
Balance is stability, which means a healthy relaxation ethic must be balanced with a healthy work ethic for societal stability — a logical result still excessively frowned upon (or such) in the name of “productivity”, so leaves society excessively stressed out with all of the abuses that come with (e.g. violence).
Society refuses to acknowledge that fundamental fact, so instead judicially blames drugs/guns/etc. — tools that can be (and generally are) used properly for positivity — supposedly as proper abuse prevention methodology.
The result of that judicial insanity (nonetheless corruptly in blatant infringement of the fundamental and unalienable right to liberty put forth to protect us from law abuse — logically the worst form of abuse due to its mainly broad scope of destruction) is horrible stress, so ironically exacerbates abuses with a terrible feedback loop via the oligarchy-encouraged (hint: mainstream media) public cry for more judicial bans and regulations (pouring gasoline on a fire to put it out) to form even more laws than the many thousands of such judicial “remedies” already being selectively applied and ignored too often for oligarchical strengthening.
Disarming the masses is not about health, but oligarchical power.
Prohibiting certain drugs is not about health, but oligarchical power.
Power imbalance is seriously dangerous against at least our species.
A balance of power wherever power exists (e.g. between the masses and the oligarchy spanning the public and private sectors) is wise, but dangerously excessively ignored via the terrible distraction compelling too many people to choose between public versus private sector strengthening supposedly against abuse.
Imperfection is inherent within reality (e.g. even the best meditator cannot permanently meditate as one with reality itself), so a super balance between balance and imbalance is inevitable for optimal stability (a hint to the fractal geometric nature of energy btw) within reality. More positive experiences equals balancing negativity, for prime example, so moderating positivity and moderation itself is wise (if not automatic).
Reality (i.e. existence itself) only scientifically reveals a need for its own ultimate balance at least by the modulating nature of energy and reality’s demonstrable stability (time is space, and reality obviously exists now, so reality never dies). In other words, reality’s need is 100% dominant — the ultimate power that’s literally always present (I call it the Rule of Reality), so at least forms a fundamental governing force that humanity still (at least excessively) leaves solely in the realm of religion (easily dismissed by nonbelievers).
Reality’s need obviously includes corruption (at least as often historically validated), but also correction for reality’s balance, so nobody ever permanently gets away with corruption.
Next time you believe that you’re getting away with abusive behavior, understand (and share) the fact that such escape is truly impossible. That fact alone radically improves human behavior, so the truest challenge is whether or not humanity can survive long enough (amid “powerful” “leaders” “thinking” they’re getting away with causing mass suffering “for themselves” at terrible societal risk) to gain that necessary public traction to advance towards actual optimal civility without devastatingly wild judicial application.
Find balance through energetic tuning. Find responsibility to validate that tuning towards fulfilling reality’s need for correction. When inevitably lost, find death.
It’s all energy and no objective distinction has ever been found (hint: quantum physics’ “fuzzy” distinction between particles), so death is (and all boundaries are) subjective and “you” are permanent.
