Siegel found that members of the three aforementioned groups sleep between 5.7 hours and 7.1 hours per night. That’s less than is recommended for our health, yet the groups seemed very healthy indeed.
Never getting eight hours of sleep (and feeling a bit concerned about that fact, especially as the age of 44 casually flows to meet me next month), I found that healthy sleep duration reduction to be rather comforting and hope you match that finding.
