Prompted by “8 Ways to Counteract a Too-Intense Cannabis High”: https://www.leafly.com/news/cannabis-101/8-ways-to-counteract-a-too-intense-cannabis-high
Great recommendations in the prompting piece, but not all of them are just for greening out (i.e. bad cannabis experience), but dealing with any form of unhealthy stress.
There’s one counterintuitive recommendation that I’d like to add for all of you lawfully using cannabis.
Sometimes the discomfort comes from unsteady strain effects (e.g. excessive modulation). That could be from using one misfitting strain, or from “salading” multiple strains to form a misfitting “cannabisymphony”.
Though consuming more cannabis obviously seems like a poor choice for anyone greening out, sometimes adding a stabilizing strain effect (e.g. Cheese) results in positivity, even despite the amplification of effects. Even a minor amplification may do the trick to help the user find a comforting balance or uplift.
