My definite lifesaver involves increasingly successfully working against dementia (Alzheimer’s disease) at the other end of the age spectrum. Cannabis is the only drug scientifically suggested to fight AD (not just help people manage the deadly mental deteriorating symptoms), and my limited witness (spanning only a few months roughly) has apparently validated that science at least in this case (dramatic improvements have already occurred, and we just started) — a message I want to share with the world to help the literally millions of people diagnosed with this horrible condition (and their stressed out loved ones) whom remain unaware due to lingering flavors of “reefer madness”.
Saving the details for future postings, as you know upon reading my journal, before this responsible entertainer can bring real drug education to the masses (to also prevent abusive law), the demonstrably harmful law against public safety (Certain Drug Prohibition) needs to be removed due to hindrance from leveraging drug use (not just past abuse) experience for educational credibility to maximally reach minds of all ages.
I don’t support expending precious resources towards direct government lobbying, because the government has made it painfully clear — they will (on behalf of law enforcement organizations seriously financially benefiting from demonizing cannabis — which is 73% of illicit drug use) fight the righteous end of Certain Drug Prohibition, so at least grossly slow that righteous reform while literally millions (if not billions) of non-violent people suffer from that ineffective and terribly abusive law.
My newly formed Respect Cannabis campaign resources will inclusively go towards fully honestly teaching senior citizens (the largest voting block) about the line between cannabis use and abuse — especially its apparently uniquely successful use against dementia.
Not only will that help potentially millions of people dealing with dementia (using a much less expensive drug nonetheless), but it will naturally compel that powerful voting block to compel corrupt law enforcement to finally justly lose their entrenched power — helping all of us (including good members of law enforcement actually serving and protecting the public by actually constitutional law) for public safety.
Respect Cannabis (unlike too many other organizations promoting cannabis legality) completely decouples partisan politics, so the traditional political leftist agenda encouraging relatively weak “we can trust the government” lobbying, at least questionable encouragement of high degrees of regulations with the odd satisfaction of taking even more precious money from taxpayers — all leveraged by self-proclaimed conservatives to hypocritically fight the end of Cannabis Prohibition — is removed to allow anyone along the political spectrum to apply righteous public pressure on behalf of far more promptly saving millions (if not billions) of lives.
Wielding the true highest court of the land — the court of public opinion — is the right answer (especially for responsible entertainers). Dominating Republican support would logically greatly tilt the power scales against that corruption. While traditional political leftists want to preserve the demonstrably illegal and still corruptly judicially preserved ‘New Deal version of the Commerce Clause’ (the sole judicial basis for the war on some drugs), Republicans can be quickly taught that hypocrisy against their principles comes from sustaining that perpetual war — righteously joining our cause or facing public embarrassment for ironically supporting the traditional political leftist agenda.
