Grand Currents of Antagonism

Prompted by “Marijuana Federalism…”: http://reason.com/archives/2015/06/15/marijuana-federalism-beats-prohibitionis

Our nation’s contrast and increasing momentum towards complexly deepening that contrast leaves me feeling like a man swimming in a wildly uncontrollable ocean flowing powerfully against sound reason.

The prompting piece contains presidential candidates’ positions on cannabis, which I seriously counter (like a basketball player defending by hard-slapping the ball away as a powerfully bold rejection upon offensive layup) with one enormous “elephant in the room” fact:

The Commerce Clause has been illegally redefined by the judicial branch of government from ‘regulate commerce’ to ‘regulate any activity having a substantial effect on commerce’.

Several decades and counting of that gross national obscenity (confessed treason in “smoking gun” form in the public record), and “We the people” are no closer to even beginning to recognize the terrible chaotic loss of judicial credibility, so logically national stability.

Cannabis Prohibition (the demonstrably failed sequel to Alcohol Prohibition — which needed a federal constitutional amendment — that forms part of the grandest judicial failure called Certain Drug Prohibition herein) is ruled constitutional solely by way of that illegal redefining (see aforementioned “smoking gun”).

I might as well be someone pacing frantically around in furious city circles in a worn out robe while holding a cheap hand-written sign ripped from a back-alley cardboard box saying, “The wurld is ending and ur goin 2 Hell!!!”

The absence of support I sense here matches the walk-right-by crowds of smug civility.

Where is the spirit of our Founding Fathers that ignited a violent revolution on the righteous basis of being fed up with law abuse?

Where is recognition of the fundamental unalienable right to liberty logically needed to prevent law abuse upfront?

I refuse to uphold the blatant national contrasts splashing throughout by subjective pressures in a lawless land against sound principles, but this sinking national ship offers no alternative these days, so metaphorical drowning is my tragic-but-honest fate — if maturely applied public power refuses to rise promptly against heavy judicial corruption by shining a continuous public light on that treason until justice is maximally secure.

Our nation — young at only two centuries of age roughly — was written in a way primarily addressing law abuse. No other nation throughout history (at least to the best of my knowledge) has understood that righteous prioritization, and the collapsing walls around us bury that address like a violent cheap whore to be forever forgotten.

Stupidity is the only true enemy.

You want to ignore me? So be it, but I continue to express my legitimate outrage for the sake of righteously maintaining emotional balance and with the hope that my relatively tiny signal buried in the crushingly noisy informational ocean will somehow echo like an emergency beacon that eventually reaches the shores of sound human reasoning once again (preferably before the aforementioned righteous basis igniting another violent revolution turns society into ugly transition).

Those of you seeing the complete set of logical factors outside of propaganda’s paradise understand that national stability is propped up like a painted wall in a stage play. The Big Lie contrasts reality like a child pathetically trying to hide guilt from parental correction. That wall is so massive and so tuned away from truth (thanks to the mainstream media rippling outwards to protect the grand unicorn), its inevitable weakness makes the cheap cardboard sign look like the power of salvation.

I love my country (and would love our humanity at large upon embracing sound reasoning necessary for a truly just rule-of-law), but without scientific constitutionalism, there is no hope for progress away from dominance without justice for the sake of abusive favoritism, and all of the unhealthy stress spread wide and deep among the relatively powerless whom refuse to grow sufficiently strong in righteous resistance like responsibly preparing for the logically impending hurricane (instead of waiting for that violent storm to impress overwhelmingly complex rage upon us, while “We the people” pathetically scramble like cockroaches feeling intruding light).

“We the people” are better than that, but that challenge must always be met.

Are you with us? If not, why not?

I am an honest freak (or reasonably responsibly balanced "misfit", if you prefer) of an artist working and resting to best carefully contribute towards helping society. Too many people abuse reasoning (e.g. 'partial truth = whole truth' scam), while I exercise reason to explore and express whole truth without any conflict-of-interest -- all within a sometimes offbeat style of psychedelic artistry.
