One Music Frame

Prompted by: ‘upcoming post on contextual framing and my final publication wave of first Stress Health music collection’

A High Times magazine article ignited my brain about psychological frames (i.e. instinctive context), which only has relevance here due to my refusal to unethically bend over to contextual expectations in this musical case. When I get up to the podium (literally or not), I express my true view, instead of trying to express what I think my audience wants to take in.

The following musical embed is part of my true expression, and results from an enormous personal effort. If you’re instinctive context lines up the following meticulously crafted grooves with expectations firmly popularly established via the psytrance genre (or such), then cognitive dissonance will fail us all here.

This framing issue has me a bit frazzled (instinctive context, with its sometimes abusively reasoned yet popular base, is too often the enemy of new ideas — which is naturally what I’m almost all about), because my whole adult life to date (with negative impact upon my loved ones) has been frustratingly spent too often suffering from conventional wisdom (widespread framing instantly if not also enjoyably crushing new ideas, regardless of the effort, care, and sound reasoning put into those ideas). That crushing is effectively terribly violent against millions of lives, so strongly reinforces my mentally ‘boiling water’, but I’ll save that for my next post actually addressing that magazine article.

Instead of thrashing about here by my brutally honest complaining (ironic considering the embedded tunes serve as an energetic smoother out against mental turbulence akin to a violent ocean), I leave you with my best wishes in avoiding such emotional turmoil to find courage (the only right answer to fear) and success (the right ‘life groove’ for you) — and hopefully a positive listening experience that includes a level of spatial effects complexity that you probably have never even come close to experiencing for worst through best.

Since Stress Health relies upon familiarity to form positive mental results, the basic structure of the music is familiar, so easier to instantly embrace. From there, sonic characteristics take you on a 45-minute journey (a positive one with a relatively gentle sympathetic challenge in parts, and uplifting and mind-relaxing rewards elsewhere), noting it’s called a CannabiSonaride for a very good reason — though lawfully used cannabis is not needed for positivity (just for a much more ‘waaaay out into the cosmos’ ride).

I am an honest freak (or reasonably responsibly balanced "misfit", if you prefer) of an artist working and resting to best carefully contribute towards helping society. Too many people abuse reasoning (e.g. 'partial truth = whole truth' scam), while I exercise reason to explore and express whole truth without any conflict-of-interest -- all within a sometimes offbeat style of psychedelic artistry.
