Being thankful is an important part of any good character, so the notion that once a year resonates thankfulness is a bit off-putting to me.
Still, one perhaps can safely assume (if not outright experience) that there are people incapable of being thankful throughout the year. Productivity demands a lot (if not too much) from the majority of folks worldwide, so consciously remaining thankful may be overridden by other focuses.
Still again, overwhelming energetic spikes in the ocean of energy scientifically proven to be reality from humanity’s perspective (feel free to read Reality Waveform Theory, if you desire to understand the logical basis of that oceanic conclusion) can severely strike you (or me) for worst through best in the form of radical change (e.g. natural disaster), so the need to take a reflective moment (whenever possible) to feel the appreciation for the positives currently joining each one of our lives is vital (with an emphatically repetitive nod to character building — and one unfortunate-yet-optional nod to an excessively long sentence).
Still (pilgrim hat trick), Thanksgiving as a holiday is (perhaps too) often stressful, and unhealthy stress is the fundamentally direct enemy against civility (e.g. see aforementioned energy spikes).
However, I remain thankful today for the holiday trigger prompting me to write this post that explicitly amplifies my thanks to all of you within my growing audience. Stay safe for the positive need, and if you are a turkey or other living being (by some ‘brief reading capable’ miracle) at serious risk for deadly participating in today’s festivities, then this warning likely comes too late. That said, thank you too, nameless and flightless fowl (and/or relevant company). Your sacrifice to bond family and/or friends on this day should never be ignored (completing a triple nod — not to mention second pilgrim hat trick — to character building).
