Here’s my comment there:
The move [towards easier cannabis intake] is certainly positive, but I am disappointed in the absence of any mention of strain selection. Choosing the right strain (or combination of them) for any given moment is key (especially for rookies/newbies/etc.) Too many people do not understand that cannabis’ effects can vary dramatically between strains, so choosing a strain is much more on par with choosing what music to listen to (not what alcohol type to drink).
Unfriendly feeling strains are more akin to heavier music (if not fit for the horror genre of films). At the other end of the wide selection of effects styling are friendly strains that are very easy to deal with (especially in the lower intake amounts). Where legal to consume cannabis, rookies/newbies/etc. should start with gentle and simple strains such as Purple Kush, and then maybe work towards a basic OG Kush. More complex textures that maintain balance are then suitable destinations (e.g. Blue Dream).
